š¹ Processing Time: All wigs are made-to-order and require 7 business days to prepare.
š¹ Order Early: To avoid delays, please order in a timely fashion and allow time for processing and shipping.
š¹ No Refunds or Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final ā no refunds or exchanges, whether the wig is worn or unworn.
š¹ No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
š¹ Quality Check: Each wig is carefully inspected before shipping. If there is an issue caused by us, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
š¹ Custom Orders: All custom wigs are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
š¹ Color & Texture: Hair may vary slightly in color or curl pattern due to natural differences and lighting. These are not considered defects.
