Thank you for booking your braid appointment! Please review the following policy regarding payments made through a 4-installment plan:
1. All Payments Are Final
All appointments booked using an installment plan (such as Afterpay, Klarna, Sezzle, etc.) are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of payment status or number of installments completed.
2. No Cancellations or Rescheduling
Due to the nature of our scheduling and limited availability, once your appointment is booked, no rescheduling or cancellations are allowed. Please ensure your selected date and time works for you before booking.
3. Missed Appointments
If you do not show up for your appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be marked as a no-show. No refund or credit will be issued, and you will be required to rebook at full price.
4. Responsibility of Payment Provider
If you choose to use a 4-installment service, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments through that provider. The salon is not responsible for failed or missed payments, and failure to complete payments will not result in a refund or cancellation.
5. By Booking, You Agree
By booking your appointment and choosing to pay in installments, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy in full.
